All employees are involved in weekly meetings with their team, immediate manager and the CEO and participate in regular performance reviews. Hands-on does not delay decisions or changes – if a decision needs to be made, it’s made.
Our Commitment to Training & Development
At Hands-on Systems we pride ourselves on our exceptional training policy. Not only do we encourage training, we insist on it! It is a condition of employment that our entire technical workforce must complete at least four training programs each year. To help our employees achieve this, we cover all associated course costs, provide study leave and give bonuses for every exam that you pass
