What is the HOS Academy?

HOS Academy is an initiative by Hands-on Systems to enhance the value gained by companies from their investment in Microsoft Dynamics, by improving the end-user understanding of the product.

The HOS Training Academy offers training courses in Microsoft Dynamics for both Hands-on Systems Clients and non-Clients, as well as training in the suite of Microsoft Office tools such as Powerpoint, Excel etc.

Trainer Profiles

Sammy Pinkus, BAppSc (Comp), Snr MACS, MCT

Sammy Pinkus has been working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV since 1998, one of the first Australians ever trained in the software. Not only is Sammy a qualified Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), he has over 25 years experience in implementing and supporting business systems. He has both technical and application skills and thus can answer a wide range of questions about the application.

For more than six years, Sammy has been chosen by Microsoft to train both NAV resellers and customers in Australia and United States. His reputation has expanded such that he is now training NAV resellers and customers in the large Malaysian and South-East Asian market.

Anonymous evaluations are carried out after each course. The attendees evaluate the instructor on 5 criteria, Sammy's average scores are listed below:
