Integration

Hands-on Systems has a dedicated team of network engineers, focused on the implementation of hardware and software solutions. The engineering team offers support services ranging from permanent on-site support to ad-hoc support and helpdesk and hardware repairs.

Maintenance and monitoring

The Engineering team provides proactive maintenance of customer networks. Proactive maintenance employs a variety of manual and automated checks to ensure clients’ systems are performing as well as possible and are safeguarded against potential issues. The maintenance is performed onsite and remotely to ensure smooth operation of clients’ hardware and maximisation of performance. Warranty

Mission critical hardware needs a high level of support. In the event of a failure, when special support warranties are in place, the relevant vendor will respond and send a technician onsite to replace hardware components. Without warranty, expected downtime will be extended because of the time it takes to source parts through retail channels. Hands-on Systems recommends vendor supplied warranty, which can be configured to cover clients for periods of 3 to5 years.
