Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and Dynamics CRM Online have been named leaders in sales force automation for 2016. The sales force automation applications are also known as CRM systems and help organisations complete their sales activities, processes and administration.  According to Gartner the total market is now worth almost $6 billion after experiencing 9.8% growth last year.
Dynamics CRM and CRM Online were praised for their close integration with other Microsoft business applications and their ability to be tailored to the needs of users. Other highlights included the customer service and Microsoft’s vision for the future with acquisitions and new developments within the cloud platform.
